  • All products are custom-made after your order is placed.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Time

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location:

    • USA: 5–10 business days

    • Europe: 6–12 business days

    • Rest of the world: 10–30 business days

  • 3. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product(s) ordered.

    4. Order Tracking

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    • You can use this number to track your shipment.

    5. Lost or Damaged Packages

    • We are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged packages once shipped.

    • If your item is lost or damaged, contact us within 2 days of receiving the order, and we will work with our provider to reship or replace your item.

      6. Customs & Import Taxes

      • International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes.
