            2. Print-On-Demand Products

  • Our products are custom-made and produced after you place an order.

  • Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing. 

     

    3. Payment

    • Payment must be completed through the checkout process via Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other accepted methods.

    • Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is successfully processed.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    • We work with international partners for production and shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

      5. Returns & Refunds

      • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

      • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with photos to request a replacement.

      • Lost or undelivered orders will be handled in cooperation with our partners.

      6. Intellectual Property

      • All content on this website, including images, designs, and text, is owned by Lobra.

      • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our designs without permission.

      7. Limitation of Liability

      • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.

      • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
